The Order: Veggie Falafel Wrap

What it is: Tomatoes, lettuce, hummus, and falafel wrapped in lavash bread.

The verdict: I am extremely picky about mediterranean food. I often find falafel balls to be overly dry. However, Falafel Bite has proved me wrong. The falafel was warm and soft. The lavash bread had a sligth fluffiness to it.The veggies added a nice fresh flavor to the wrap. The tahini sauce was house made, unlike other mediterranean places I have been to. Over all it was very well done!
