The Order: Oreo and Matcha swirl + custard filled taiyaki upside down What it is: Soft serve ice cream topped with a filled fish shape pastry The verdict: The matcha flavor of the soft serve was potent without being to overpowering. I suggest this flavor for people that truly enjoy the taste of tea The oreo flavor provided a nice contrast from the matcha's earthy undertones, but the oreo flavor was not up to par with the matcha's intensity. The taiyaki was made to order. It was soft, warm, and chewy. The custard filling was light and creamy without being overbearingly sweet.
